Before you book
How is boarding charged?
Per night, by your dog's weight tier. Stays of 7 nights or more get a long-stay discount automatically.
Which vaccinations are required?
Distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis and leptospirosis must be current, and kennel cough (Bordetella) given at least 14 days before check-in. Dogs arriving from overseas also need rabies.
What if I cancel?
Cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full refund of your deposit, 3–6 days for 50%, and within 2 days the deposit is kept.
Do you take cats or other pets?
We board dogs. Message us about other pets and we'll suggest a trusted alternative.
